To allow a technician to add captions or comments to photos from the worker app, two permissions need to be checked.
Begin by navigating to "My Office" > Workforce Management. Find the name of the employee whose permissions need to be updated, and select the pencil icon to the right of their name. Then select the tab labeled Access. In the section labeled "System Access Permissions", check the box to 'Update' for Jobs and Estimates.
