To allow a technician to add captions or comments to photos from the worker app, two permissions need to be checked.
Begin by navigating to My Office > Workforce Management. Find the name of the employee whose permissions need to be updated, and select the pencil icon at the end of their row. Then select the tab labeled Access. In the section labeled System Access Permissions, check the box to 'update' for Jobs and Estimates.
