- Office staff configuring review collection
- Plus and Pro subscription plan users collecting specific technician reviews
Important Information:
- Technician review campaigns are available only on Plus and Pro subscription plans
- Plus plans can create campaigns for up to three technicians
- Pro plans can create campaigns for up to five technicians
- If multiple technicians are assigned to the job, only the company review is sent
- Campaigns are technician-specific and apply to only one technician at a time
- Existing campaigns cannot be edited
- To make changes, the campaign must be deleted and recreated

Creating a Technician Review Campaign:
- Navigate to My Office
- Select Service Fusion Reviews
- Select Campaigns
- Select Create Campaign
- Choose the Technician from the list
- Enter a Description (optional)
- Upload an image of the technician (optional)
- Select Add Campaign
The campaign will now be active and used when review requests are sent for eligible invoices.
Managing Existing Campaigns:
- Campaigns cannot be edited once created
- If updates are needed:
- Delete the existing campaign
- Create a new campaign with the correct information
