Best Suited for:
- Admins managing "Service Fusion Reviews"
- Teams following up with customers after billing recurring and progress invoices
- Users sending one‑off review requests
Important Information:
- Manual review requests can be sent to one customer at a time
- Customers must have an email address on file to receive a review request
- Review requests are sent immediately after confirmation
- This process does not support bulk review requests
Strategic Workflow:
- Send review requests outside of invoice status automation
- Follow up with customers after service completion
- Capture reviews for specific customers as needed
- Maintain control over individual review outreach
Manually Requesting a Review:
- Navigate to My Office and select Service Fusion Reviews
- Select Manually request review from customer
- Use the Search field to type the customer
- Select the Customer Name from the search results
- If the selected customer does not have an email address on file, an error message will appear:
Missing Email
No email found for Customer Name. Go to your customer list to add an email address.
- Add an email address to the customer record and try again
- If the customer does have an email address on file, a confirmation pop‑up will appear stating:
Send Review to Customer Name
Would you like to send a review request to Customer Name
- Confirm the action to send the review request
The review request email will be sent immediately.
