The Company Information page in Service Fusion provides essential details about your account, branding, and communication settings. This page is accessed by hovering over My Office and clicking Company Information.
Important Terms:
- Service Fusion Subscription Plan: Displays your current Service Fusion subscription in the upper right corner of the page

- Company Alias: This is the ID used to log in and is also included in the customer web portal link, if enabled
- Company ID: An internal identifier used when making account changes or updating billing information. Helpful to provide during support interactions.
Company Information Details:
These fields populate Communication Templates, Standard Documents, and Custom Documents. Ensure they are filled out accurately:
- Company Name
- Street Address 1 & 2, City/Town, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code
- Country (used in Custom Documents only)
- Primary Phone / Secondary Phone
- Primary Email / Secondary Email (secondary used in Custom Documents only)
- Primary Contact First Name / Last Name (internal reference only)
- Secondary Contact First Name / Last Name (internal reference only)
- EIN / Business Number / License (used in Custom Documents only)
- Company Logo (if uploaded, replaces Company Name on Standard Documents)
Social Media Sharing Settings:
If filled out, these fields can be used in Communication Templates and Custom Documents to enhance branding and outreach.
Modules & Connections:
This section displays system-generated data about your account’s modules and integrations.
This section is view-only and cannot be edited.
10 DLC:
This section includes:
- Your Service Fusion texting-only number
- The associated 800 number
- If using ServiceCall.ai, it will also list each ServiceCall.ai number and its corresponding 800 number
Keeping your company information up to date ensures consistency across all customer-facing communications and documents.
