Important Information:
- Users must have at least View access to "Customers"
- Service Fusion Reviews must be enabled before review requests are sent
- Review emails are triggered only after one‑time invoices are marked as paid
- Review collection can be turned on or off at any time
- Technician review availability depends on the Service Fusion subscription plan

Enabling Service Fusion Reviews:
There are two ways to enable Service Fusion Reviews:
My Office:
- Navigate to My Office
- Select Service Fusion Reviews
- Select Get Started to enable "Service Fusion Reviews"
Help & Resources:
- Navigate to the ? in the upper right-hand corner, to display the Help & Resources
- Select Get More Reviews
- Select Get Started to enable "Service Fusion Reviews"
Disabling Service Fusion Reviews:
- Review collection can be turned off at any time by going to My Office > Service Fusion Reviews
- Toggle to disable Service Fusion Reviews
No review requests will be sent automatically while the feature is turned off.
