- Review request emails are sent from the standard no‑reply email address: donotreply@speetra.com; this cannot be changed
- Automated review collection can be enabled or disabled at any time
- Review collection is available for your company or individual technicians, based on your subscription plan
- If multiple technicians are assigned to the job, only the company review is sent
- Technician review campaigns cannot be edited and must be recreated if changes are needed
