Some users have reported when emailing from Service Fusion, emails will sometimes ultimately end up in their recipients spam or junk, or alternate inbox folders due to stringent spoofing or privacy policies. In short, the emails (be they estimates, work orders, invoices, or other communications) do not end up in the desired inbox. This setting introduces a solution for that situation that does not impact the recipient, and has minimal impact on the Service Fusion user.
In My Office > Outbound Email settings, previously there was one default email address field:

We now have a Default Sender Address drop-down selection menu, and the "Default 'From' Address" field has been updated to now be the Default "From" and "Reply-to" Address.

The Default "From" and "Reply-to" Address field works just the same as the previously labeled "Default 'From' Address", where that is the email address that is selected by default when emailing any correspondence from Service Fusion.
The Default Sender Address is a drop down selection menu with two options: Default "From" and "Reply-to" Address and Service Fusion Default.
Default "From" and "Reply-to" Address: When this is selected, the email address entered into the Default "From" and "Reply-to" Address will be the email address that is used when sending outbound email messages. Use this option if your customers receive your messages without issue.
Service Fusion Default: When this is selected, the default sending address changes to be sender@servicefusion-info.com, which is an email address that will pass any DMARC requirements, and consequently will not be flagged spam. Additionally, this is only a sent from email address; any responses from your clients would still go to the email address entered in the Default "From" and "Reply-to" Address.
When we reply to this email, the response does not go to 'sender@servicefusion-info.com', but instead goes to the 'support@servicefusion.com' email address, (which is the email address that is found in the Outbound Email settings).
When emailing your customer from Service Fusion, you will still see your Default "From" and "Reply-to" Address regardless of which option is selected in the Default Sender Address drop down selection menu.
