The menus reveal all the sub-menu options on hover and sub-menu options are better organized to speed up the navigation process.
We now have buttons to create new customers, estimates, jobs or projects right from within the hover menu as well as from the green + button in the upper right of the screen.
The Jobs menu now also offers easy access to inventory management features such as Purchase Orders, Inventory Orders and Inventory Stock Levels. These options will still be accessible from the My Office menu as well.
The Reports tab now offers quick access to several most frequently run reports with just one click.
Hey, and if that's not enough, you can now even personalize your color scheme of Service Fusion! Just press your avatar icon and select Color Scheme from the menu. This preference is user-specific so everyone in your office can have Service Fusion just the way they like it.
Batch Assign & Schedule Jobs
This exciting new feature was designed for companies that assign, schedule or modify two or more jobs at a time. For example, you may want to assign all "High Priority" jobs for next week to a senior tech. Or all "Service" jobs to one set of techs and all "Install" jobs to another. You could even reschedule all jobs from one or more dates to another date or adjust the assignment of techs on a batch of repeat jobs. The possibilities are virtually endless.
Enhanced Time Reporting
The updated time log edit and entry forms allow you to easily make changes to already stored time logs or to create new ones. You no longer have to delete an entire time entry to simply adjust the missed Clock Out event.
Overnight shifts will now show the clock out dates in red to bring attention to the fact that the clock out date is different from the clock in date.
Time log reports will also show you all the clock in and out as well as break start and end events with breaks being appended with the "(B)" symbol.
IMPORTANT: To enable California Overtime rules for your employees, go to My Office > Settings > Workforce Management > select employee > Payroll tab and set the "Calculate Overtime Based on" to "California Overtime Rules" option.
Equipment Tab Enhancements
You can now more easily view equipment list, search by just about any standard or custom field and access equipment history right from the list screen.
You will notice a blue box on rows where equipment has history. Clicking the link will open a poup window listing all the jobs assicated with this particular unit.
