Creating additional site visits
Additional Site Visits are useful when a job cannot be completed in one day. Additional Site Visits allow for the same tech, or a different tech, to return on another day. The assigned tech may then use the Job Statuses in the intended order to record his drive and labor time for the additional visit. Additional Site Visits work best when the Job is placed in the Partially Completed status. When the Site Visit is in the Completed status, the job, if in Partially Completed, will update to be in the Completed status, indicating it is ready for invoicing and the job is truly finished. If another Additional Site Visit is necessary, continue to use the Partially Completed status, and create as many Site Visits as needed to finish the job. 1.) Go to any job that requires additional site visits, and click on 'make changes' or 'edit' to go into the Edit Job screen.
2.) Under the section that is labeled 'notes for tech' is the section for 'add site visit'.
3.) By clicking the button 'add site visit', you can click and create as many site visits as you need. You can schedule different techs for each visit and add instructions for the note's for tech in each section as well.
