Using the Jobs Dashboard

- Dispatchers managing active jobs
- Back office users organizing job workloads
- Operations teams tracking progress
- Accounting managers identifying billable jobs
Important Information:
- The Jobs Dashboard reflects job visibility based on status, tags, and filters
- Only active statuses will appear on the Jobs Dashboard
- Changes to job data occur within individual job records, not the dashboard itself
- Set job sub-statuses from the Jobs Dashboard
Strategic Workflow:
- Filter jobs to isolate specific work sets
- Review job groupings by status or tag
- Identify jobs needing action or billing
- Navigate quickly to individual job records
Process Description:
- Open the Jobs Dashboard
- Select a status, tag, or filter
- Review jobs in the dynamic content panel
- Navigate to individual jobs as needed
Accessing the Jobs Dashboard:
- Hover over Jobs
- Select Jobs Dashboard
Filtering Jobs Using Advanced Search:
- Select Advanced Search
- Apply one or more filters, such as:
- Job date range
- Include jobs with no dates
- Where status is
- Customer name or parent account
- PO or reference number
- Assigned technician(s)
- Agent(s)/Rep(s) Assigned
- Job Category
- Job Priority
- Select Search to initiate the filtering of the job list
Viewing Jobs by Status or Tag:
- Select a status from the left panel to view jobs in that stage
- Select a tag to view jobs grouped across statuses
- Review the updated job list in the dynamic content panel
- Hide Tags section to reduce visual clutter
Identifying Jobs Ready for Billing:
- Navigate to Completed & Ready to Close or To Be Invoiced
- Review jobs based on their current status
- Use sub‑statuses to manage progress billing when applicable
Managing Dashboard Visibility:
- Click Adjust Status Folder Visibility
- Hide or unhide job statuses to simplify navigation
- Adjust visibility settings to match your workflow
