Additional Site Visits are used when a job cannot be completed in a single day
Site Visits allow the same technician or a different technician to return on another day
Technicians should use job statuses to record drive time and labor time for each visit
Additional Site Visits work best when the job is placed in the Partially Completed status
When the Site Visit is marked Completed, the job will update to Completed if it is already in Partially Completed, indicating it is ready for invoicing
You can create as many Site Visits as needed
Strategic Workflow:
Use Partially Completed status to manage jobs requiring more than one visit
Create a Site Visit for each return trip needed
Assign different technicians to each visit if required
Add technician notes for each Site Visit to ensure clarity on instructions
Mark Site Visits as Completed only when all required work for that job is finished
