Adding Acorn Financing to an Invoice Custom Document

Best Suited for:

• Users on the Pro subscription plan or Starter/Plus plans with the Custom Document add‑on enabled
• US‑based Acorn Financing merchants using Custom Documents
• Users managing Invoice Custom Documents

Important Information:

• Acorn Financing is added to Invoice Custom Documents using the {Acorn:Widget} tag
• The tag must be manually added to the Invoice Custom Document template
• The tag must be added to each Invoice Custom Document where the widget should appear
• The Acorn widget design cannot be customized

Adding Acorn Financing to the Invoice Custom Document:

1. Navigate to My Office > Custom Documents
2. Select the Invoice Custom Document to edit
3. Locate the desired placement for the Acorn widget
   • Recommended placement is near the Total Due or Balance Due section
4. Insert the following tag:  {Acorn:Widget} 

Previewing the Template:

1. Select Preview
2. Choose a specific invoice to preview
3. Confirm the Acorn Financing widget:
   • Appears once
   • Is positioned correctly
   • Does not interfere with layout
4. Select Save Template
