Acorn Financing offers financing plans for your residential customers. The Acorn Financing integration is automatically enabled for all US merchants. No setup is required within Service Fusion, and financing information will appear on customer‑facing standard documents and messages unless configured otherwise.

- US-based merchants with US-based customers
- Back Office administrators
- Accounting managers
- Dispatch and sales teams
- Users who send estimates, jobs, or invoices to customers
Important Terms:
- SMS - Text message notifications
- Standard PDF - Refers to the "Standard Estimate" document, the "job/work order" document "With Rates" and the "Standard Invoice"
- Auto-enabled - This feature is automatically turned on in the account, there is nothing you need to begin using it
Merchant - Service Fusion customer is considered a merchant

- Acorn Financing is auto-enabled by default

- Financing options are visible to your customers via:
- Email Communications
- Text Messages
- Standard PDFs
- Homeowners can apply for a loan of: $1,000–$100,000
- It only takes a few minutes to apply
- Competitive APRs across 30+ lenders
- There is no cost to you, the merchant
- Merchants receive a notification when the homeowner is funded
- The homeowner pays the merchant directly
- This will not affect QuickBooks syncing
Important Notes:
- Online Payment Links: Financing is intentionally excluded to avoid confusion
- Mobile App: Not currently supported
- Custom Documents: Financing widget appears only on standard documents
- Multiple Estimate Options: Only the first estimate option displays the financing widget
