Adding Acorn Financing to an Estimate Custom Document

Best Suited for:

• Users on the Pro subscription plan and users on the Starter or Plus plan with the Custom Document add-on enabled
• US‑based Acorn Financing merchants using Custom Documents
• Users managing Estimate Custom Documents

Important Information:

• Acorn Financing is added to Estimate Custom Documents by using the {Acorn:Widget}tag
• The tag needs to be manually added to the Estimate Custom Document to enable Acorn Financing 
  • Only one instance of the tag should be included per custom document
  • Add the tag to each custom document where you want Acorn Financing to be displayed
• The Acorn Financing tag and widget cannot be customized
• Acorn Financing can be added to estimate custom documents that utilize the estimate options begin and end tags
• Acorn Financing is not available within the "Side-by-Side" view option

Adding Acorn Financing to the Estimate Custom Document:

1. Navigate to My Office > Custom Documents
2. Select the estimate custom document to edit
3. Locate the desired placement for the Acorn Tag
4. Insert: {Acorn:Widget}

Previewing the Template:

1. Select Preview
2. Select a specific estimate to preview
3. Confirm that the Acorn Financing widget appears correctly
4. Select Save Template
