- Homeowner applications take approximately 60 seconds
- Competitive APRs through a network of over 30 lenders
- Homeowners can apply for financing between: $1,000–$100,000
- There is no cost to you, the merchant

Merchants receive a notifications when:
- An offer is found
- The customer is fully funded
- A customer is denied
- The customer pays the merchant directly
- Financing has no impact on QuickBooks syncing

Process Description:
- Send Estimates, Jobs, or Invoices as normal
- Financing options appear automatically unless disabled
- Customers review the financing widget, apply, and receive instant decisions
- Merchant receives notifications of financing status
- Merchant collects payment once funds are issued to the customer
Step‑by‑Step Instruction:
Viewing Acorn Financing in Emails:
- Open the Send Email pop-up window
- Confirm Show financing options is selected
- Financing widget appears for Estimates, Jobs, and Invoices
- Attached Standard PDF also shows the widget
Viewing Acorn Financing in SMS/Text Messages:
- Open the Send Text Message pop-up window
- Select Show financing options within:
- Estimates
- Invoices
- Works the same as email controls
Note: SMS for Jobs does not support financing
Viewing Acorn Financing on Standard PDFs:
- Selecting Download As PDF and choosing the Standard PDF shows:
- Financing widget
- QR code
- Applies to:
- Estimates
- Jobs
- Invoices
- Not configurable
Viewing Acorn Financing on Printed PDFs:
- Print With Rates - Shows financing widget with QR code
- Print Without Rates - Does not show widget or QR code
Viewing Acorn Financing on the “Accept Estimate Online” Link:
- When a customer opens the online estimate link, the widget and QR code appear
- Behavior controlled by the checkbox within the Email/SMS send window
Where the Acorn Financing Widget Does NOT Appear:
- Job SMS text messages
- Custom Document PDFs
- Standard PDF printed Without Rates
- Downloadable Excel Files
- May be considered for a future enhancement
- Online Invoice Payment Links
- Financing is intentionally excluded
- These links are designed for immediate payment
