Upgrading Subscription Plans:
- To upgrade from the Starter to Plus, please email us support@servicefusion.com with your Company Name, Company ID, and that you would like to upgrade to Plus.
- The option to upgrade to the PRO subscription exists within any add-on prompt.
Open API Integration
This is a feature that is exclusive to the Service Fusion PRO subscription. Upgrade to the PRO subscription to utilize the features of our Open API Integration, by hovering over My Office and clicking Integrations.

How to Add Add-ons to your Service Fusion Subscription:
Custom Documents
Hover over My Office and select Custom Documents from the first column. Select Add Custom Documents Module. Your plan will automatically be updated with this feature.

eSign
The eSign service module, requires the Custom Documents module. Within a Custom Document, toggle "eSign Document" to Yes. This will prompt you to add the eSign module.
Customer Web Portal
The Customer Web Portal module requires you to have the Plus subscription, in order to add this module to your subscription. Hover over My Office and select Online and App Booking Settings from the second column. Here you will either select to Upgrade to Starter + and Add Customer Web Portal Module (if you are on the Starter subscription) or Add the Customer Web Portal if you are already on the Plus plan.

Progressive Billing and Recurring Invoicing
Navigate to any Job (or during the creation of a job), while in the "edit job mode", click the Progress Billing option. This will allow you add the Progressive Billing and Recurring Invoicing module.

ServiceCall.ai
To add ServiceCall.ai to your subscription, hover over My Office and click ServiceCall.ai Admin from the center of the second column. Please Note: ServiceCall.ai is a per user/per month subscription. The ServiceCall.ai feature is not included with any of our subscription tiers and is a separate add-on.
Fleet Tracking
The Fleet Tracking module is automatically added to the subscription, with the purchase of a GPS unit through Service Fusion. To order a GPS unit, hover over Dispatch and select Fleet Dashboard. In the top right corner of this page is the Order Units button. Place your order here, and the GPS tracking module will be applied to your account. Please Note: This is a per unit/per month subscription. The Fleet Tracking feature is not included with any of our subscription tiers and is a separate add-on.

Inventory Management
