Important Information:
- Technicians can add captions or comments to photos in the Worker App
- Two specific permissions must be enabled for this functionality

- Enhances photo documentation with context and notes
- Supports better communication between field workers and office staff
Process Description:
- Navigate to My Office > Workforce Management
- Locate the employee whose permissions need to be updated
- Edit their profile, by clicking the pencil icon
- Go to the Access tab
- Enable the necessary permissions under System Access Permissions
- Check the box for Update under Jobs
- Check the box for Update under Estimates
- Click Save

Go to My Office > Workforce Management
Find the employee in the list

Click the pencil icon to the right of their name
Select the Access tab
In the System Access Permissions section:
- Check the box for Update under Jobs
- Check the box for Update under Estimates
