Using Notes+ for Job Completion Notes on the Field Worker App

Using features provided under the Service Fusion Early Access Program is voluntary and available to select customers based on program eligibility and capacity. Pre-release features do not fall under standard Service Fusion Support coverage and are provided on an as-is basis without guaranteed service levels or support assistance. Service Fusion reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue pre-release features at any time without prior notice. Customers who use EAP features should not rely on pre-release features for mission-critical operations or business processes until the feature reaches general availability. Upon general release, feature access may require a new service plan, subscription tier, or paid add-on. Customers will be notified of any cost implications prior to general availability.

• Technicians completing job documentation
• Users of the Service Fusion mobile app
• Teams looking to improve note quality and consistency

Important Information:

• Notes+ is available within Job Completion Notes in the new Service Fusion by EverPro mobile app
• Notes+ refines notes already written by the technician and does not generate job details independently
• Suggestions can be:
  • Accepted
  • Edited
  • Discarded
• Original notes remain unchanged unless the user accepts and saves the updated version
• Notes+ is available to all Service Fusion customers during Early Access
• The most recent version of the mobile app is required

Process Description:

1. Open Job Completion Notes
2. Type Completion Notes as usual
3. Tap Refine with AI
4. Review suggested improvements
5. Save the desired version

Utilizing Notes+:

1. Open a job in the Service Fusion mobile app
2. Navigate to Job Completion Notes
3. Enter or update the completion notes
4. Press and hold the Completion notes title on the edit screen
5. Press the Refine with AI button
6. Allow Notes+ to analyze the note
7. The system may improve:
   • Grammar
   • Spelling
   • Readability
   • Structure
8. Review the suggested note
   • Accept the suggested version, by pressing Save Changes
   • Edit the suggested version, by typing in the Completion Notes box
   • Discard the suggestion and keep the original note, by pressing the Revert button
9. Save the desired version of the completion notes

Notes+ works with the information entered by the technician and does not create new job details. The saved note will be attached to the job as part of the standard completion process.

• Notes+ is designed to improve professionalism and consistency, not replace technician documentation
• Technicians remain responsible for the accuracy of all job notes
• The feature helps reduce time spent correcting grammar, spelling, and formatting
• Notes+ can eliminate the need to use external AI tools to clean up completion notes
