It provides visibility into assigned work across different timeframes and statuses, helping users track progress, follow up on assignments, and manage daily responsibilities efficiently. The information shown in My Work is dependent on user permissions and schedule visibility.

My Work Sections Explained:
Current
The Current section displays:
- Tasks, Time Off Requests, Estimates, and Jobs scheduled for today
- Items with an open status category that do not have a scheduled date
- Visibility depends on assigned permissions
This section is typically used to manage active or immediate work.
Past
The Past section is automatically separated in two sections:
Complete - This section provides a comprehensive list of all completed work:
- Completed Tasks
- Estimates in the "Estimate Provided," "Estimate Accepted," and the "Estimate Won" statuses will show here regardless of date
- Jobs that are in a closed status category: "Paid in Full," "Invoiced" and "Job Closed"
- Jobs that are in a "Completed" status and statuses that have the completed logic
Incomplete - This section helps identify overdue or unfinished work:
- Incomplete Tasks with a date in the past
- Estimates that have an on-site visit date in the past and still remain in the "Estimate Requested" status
- Jobs that have a scheduled date in the past, but are not in a completed status
- Items that are not in a closed status category
Future
The Future section displays:
- Tasks, Time Off Requests, Estimates, and Jobs with a future scheduled date
- Jobs that are in an open or in‑progress status category
- Estimates that are in an "Estimate Requested" status with a future date
- Estimates that are in an "Estimate Lost" status will not show up within the app, if they have a future date
