The Calendar is best understood as a date‑centric view, focused on when work is scheduled rather than who is performing it in real time.

What Appears on the Calendar:
Items appear on the Calendar when a start date is assigned. The Calendar can display:

Items without a specific arrival window appear in the All Day section.
