Creating a Calendar Task on the Worker App

- Field technicians managing daily tasks
- Mobile users scheduling calls, emails, or miscellaneous activities
Important Information:
- Task types include Call, Email, and Miscellaneous
- Tasks are automatically assigned to the creator but can be reassigned or assigned to include others
- Once created, the "Description" field cannot be edited in the worker app
- Visibility settings determine who can view the task
Process Description:
- Choose the appropriate task type
- Add a clear description of the task
- Adjust visibility settings based on who should see the task
Step-by-Step Instruction
- On the "Home" screen, tap the blue + button in the lower right corner
- Select Task
- Choose one of the following task types: Call, Email, or Miscellaneous
- Set the start date and end date
- Set the start time and end time
- Review or update the assigned technician
- Enter the Description with task details
- Toggle Visible to everyone if the task should be visible to others
- Tap Save to create the task
