PCI Compliance with Stripe is managed by a third party organization, Aperia, that works directly with Stripe. FusionPay is backed by PaySimple. PaySimple is a Level 1 PCI DSS certified Service Provider. PaySimple cannot certify a FusionPay customer as compliant. You must individually certify PCI Compliance with its credit card processing company directly.

Most businesses can complete the entire PCI process in about 10-20 minutes. You have the option to stop and save your progress at any time. We recommend performing this process utilizing the support resources listed above.
- New customers have 60 days to become compliant. After 60 days you are charged a non-compliance fee.
- If you do not achieve compliance, a monthly non-compliance fee of $59.95 will be assessed by the processor until you have met this requirement.

You need to renew your PCI compliance every year, once a year. You will be contacted via email by the provider when it is time to renew.
