You can now access status history from the dispatch grid! Originally only available when viewing or making changes to a job, drive and labor time has now been added as a configurable shortcut within each job block making viewing these entries easy and quick.
In the Dispatch > Configuration section of Service Fusion, notice the inclusion of a drop down menu dedicated for this option:
There is an included section under 'Status History' that allows the history icons to be displayed:

If included to display, on the dispatch grid, in the top right hand corner of each job block, a clickable shortcut link will appear, displaying the status history:

Simply click on the new icon, and the status history will be displayed without having to enter the job and leave the dispatch screen!
