Use Case Examples
CRM & Chat Systems
- Create a new customer in Service Fusion when a sales opportunity is won or a new contact is created in the CRM
- Create a customer in Service Fusion when a conversation is started and a contact is created in a chat (or chatbot) solution
VoIP Softphone or Mobile App
- Pull up customer details and their job history by phone number (caller ID)
Email Plugin/Extension
- Gmail widget to pull in customer details to the sidebar by the customer’s email address
- View job history without having to leave Gmail
- Create new customers directly from Gmail if they are not already in Service Fusion
Customer Survey System
- Send a satisfaction survey or a rating request to each “Completed” job that was closed between [today, yesterday, in specific date range]
- Send customers that were created between dates X and Y NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys
Email Marketing
- Create email lists or drip campaigns for customers that have completed jobs between certain dates and send them “thank you” emails
- Create marketing lists with customers in specific cities or zip codes
- Send “we miss you” promotions to customers with the last date of service is between X and Y dates
