- You can filter by customer creation date or leave the date range blank to pull all customers
- You must select at least three columns to generate the report
- Columns can be selected individually or all at once
Process Description:
- Navigate to the Reports Dashboard
- Access the Customer List under List Reports
- Set filters and select columns
- Choose report type and generate
Step-by-Step Instruction:
Navigate to Reports > Reports Dashboard
Scroll to the bottom left and click Customer List > Custom
Set a date range for customer creation
- Leave blank to include all customers
Select columns:
- Move columns from the left to the right
- Use the single arrow to move one at a time
- Use the double arrow to move all columns at once
- You must select at least three columns to generate the report
- Scroll down and choose the type of report (HTML or Excel)
- Click Generate Report
