Step 1
Find the serial number of the GPS tracking unit
Step 2
Go to My Office > Fleet Management and either (1)add or (2)edit an existing vehicle.

Step 3
Type in the serial number from the GPS tracking unit into the GPS Unit ID field of the selected vehicle.

Step 4
Allow 10-30 minutes for the unit to connect to the wireless network and download the latest configuration.
If the unit is powered up and has successfully updated the configuration, it will appear on your Fleet Dashboard!
In the event of a communication or a GPS receiver issue, a unit may display messages such as Not Connected and Not Reporting, respectively. This could also mean that the vehicle is outside of the zone of coverage. If this issue persists for more than 24 hours and/or while the vehicle is moving around areas with good cell coverage, please contact our Support team.
