Q. Am I able to use GPS tracking devices provided by other providers?
A. At the moment we do not support any devices sold by other GPS tracking providers.
Q. Is there a contract for GPS tracking service?
A. No, there is no contract. If you are on a quarterly, semi annual or annual subscription, you will pay in advance for the tracking service just like your software subscription.
Q. What types of reports do you offer?
A. Currently the only report available through Service Fusion is the historical breadcrumb trail report.
Q. Are the units hard-wired?
A. No, we offer GPS units that are the Plug and Play models. We no longer carry the hard-wired units.
Q. How to remove a unit from billing?
A. Email the support team at support@servicefusion.com to request the unit removal along with the Unit ID that you want removed so you are no longer charged.
