Q. Am I able to use GPS tracking devices provided by other providers?
A. At the moment we do not support any devices sold by other GPS tracking providers.
Q. Is there a contract for GPS tracking service?
A. No. Our service is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time for monthly subscriptions.
(If you are on a quarterly, semi annual or annual subscription, you will have to pay in advance for the tracking service just like your software subscription, but there is no contract and can cancel the tracking service at any time)
Q. What types of reports do you offer?
A. Currently the only report available through Service Fusion is the historical breadcrumb trail report.
Q. Are the units hard-wired?
A. Yes, Currently we only offer GPS units that are hard-wired. We no longer carry the Plug and Play models.
