Customer Service Agreement Tracking
You can setup customer Service Agreements for each customer and the details of the agreements will be displayed as you create jobs or estimates. Active Service Agreements (in other words, agreements that have not expired or do not have expiration dates) will apply the Member Rate pricing for products and services to the customer's jobs and invoices. When the expiration date passes, the customer will automatically revert to receiving the Regular Rate pricing for products and services.

Note: If the customer has an active agreement, and the Member Rate price is set as $0.00, then the Regular Rate will be applied.
To create a Service Agreement, navigate to any customer profile and flip the toggle switch for "Service Agreement?" to YES.

When the Service Agreement toggle is set to YES, additional fields are available on the customer account.
- Agreement Name
- This is the name of your service agreement. Names and terminology will vary, however examples may include Platinum Agreement, Summer Maintenance Agreement, or Elite Club Member
- Effective Date
- This is the start date of the Service Agreement
- Expiration Date
- This can be left blank, to leave the Service Agreement open-ended. If an expiration date is entered, the customer will not receive the Member Rate pricing after that expiration date. On a new job or estimate created for that customer, the Service Agreement will show as either current, or expired, depending on the date.

- Amount
- This is the amount, if any, the customer pays for their maintenance agreement. At this time the amount field is a reference-only field. Additionally, the time increment in the drop down list (/Mo, /Qtr, /1/2 Yr, /Yr) cannot be changed or have fields added. Because it is reference-only, if an option you need is not present (such as /wk) feel free to use the next section...
- Description/Notes
- Use the description/notes field to add any details you need to the agreement. Indicating frequency, any terms/conditions, or any other notes are perfect here. These notes are visible on the job or estimate page as well.
If your Service Agreement involves scheduling jobs on a given frequency, considering using Repeating Jobs or Recurring Invoices in conjunction with Service Agreements.
A field tech would be able to see the customer's agreement info by tapping the "info" button the job screen.
