Adding a Profit Rhino item to a job or an estimate will function the same way that products and services have historically been added to a job or an estimate. The difference we'll see is how they are categorized when choosing to Add Line Item when editing a job or estimate.
To add a Profit Rhino item, first choose to edit a job/estimate then scroll to the bottom of the page. From here, there are two options to add a Profit Rhino Flat Rate - The "Add product, service or scan barcode" type ahead field, or choosing the Add Line Item button.

No changes have been made when adding an item to a job/estimate, aside from the menu when selecting the Add Line Item option. Once this is selected, the familiar Products and Services groups are still present, along with a Flat Rate addition.
Upon choosing the Flat Rate group, you'll be brought to a familiar Profit Rhino view to efficiently select the applicable Profit Rhino Flat Rate item.
Another notable change that occurs when the flat rate integration is successfully connected, involves the Service Catalog. Traditionally, and in non-flat rate enabled accounts, the filter section in the Service Catalog would only display Services. With the Profit Rhino integration, the filter section has a new drop down menu added at the top of the section, allowing the user to select to view only Services, Profit Rhino flat rate tasks, or everything at the same time.
