- Yes,if are already an account holder with pulseM you can directly navigate to your pulseM dashboard with the help of the Google comparison widget from inside ServiceFusion
Can the competitors added in the widget, be updated in service fusion and pulseM?
Yes, the pulseM app offers the same widget functionality under Analyze -> Competitor Analysis. The competitors set up in pulseM and Service fusion will be the same.
