How do I use the widget?
- Using the widget is easy. Get started by confirming your business name and address. Confirm your contact information, most importantly your email address that we have on file for you. Lastly add your competitors.
- Once all the information is added. The widget will provide a competitors report that will show your ranking based on reviews. The report also includes time since last review.
Can I update the contact information that is prepopulated for me?
- Yes, the primary contact information set up in Service Fusion for the business will be shown.
I am already using a reputation management company, can you help me with transition?

How long does it take to set up my pulseM account?
- 2 days
Will my existing Google reviews be counted in this widget?
- Yes, once we have your google place id details, we can scrap all your google reviews to your pulseM account
