Our Help Widget is accessible from any signed-in Service Fusion Page. Click the Help button in the lower right hand corner to begin the conversation.
The Help widget is where the request a callback process begins.
Requesting a Callback Process Description:
- Click the Help button in the lower right hand corner to initiate the callback request
- The widget will update with suggested articles, relevant to the current logged in screen you are initiating the help from
- Select Get in touch
- It will present you with the multiple options to get in touch
- Choose Request a callback
- Type in the best number to reach you at, in the Phone Number field
- Fill in Name and How can we help? (optional, but recommended)
- Click Send
- A Service Fusion Support Representative will reach out to you, to offer assistance
