"Offline Mode" allows users to continue accessing and working with critical information when an internet connection is unavailable. When a device goes offline, Service Fusion preserves access to key records and workflows so work can continue with minimal disruption. Depending on the record type, users may have view‑only access or limited editing capabilities until connectivity is restored. Offline functionality continues to expand, with additional features being released regularly over the coming months to further support field and mobile workflows.
