This functionality is especially valuable for field work in areas with limited connectivity, helping maintain productivity and access to essential job details until the device reconnects. The "Offline Mode" of Jobs and Estimates is currently a view-only feature.

- "Offline Mode" activates automatically when service is unavailable

- Unassigned and jobs and estimates within the Past and Future tabs are not available when "Offline Mode" is activated
How Offline Mode Is Activated:
"Offline Mode" activates automatically when a device loses internet connectivity. Common scenarios include:
- Turning off Wi‑Fi
- Enabling airplane mode
- Temporary loss of cellular service
When "Offline Mode" is active, a banner appears at the top of the screen confirming that the device is currently offline.
What Job and Estimate Information Is Available Offline:
While offline, users can open jobs and estimates to see key details. Available job and estimate information includes:
- Pinned notes
- Date
- Start and end times
- Duration
- Contact name
- Associated customer information
- Service location address
- Description
This ensures that key job and estimate data remains accessible even without an active connection.
Working While Offline:
"Offline Mode" supports continued access to Current job and estimate data. Key behaviors include:
- Job and estimate information within the Current tab remains viewable
- No manual action is required to enable "Offline Mode"
Once connectivity is restored, the system resumes normal operation automatically and applicable edit mode is resumed.
