Important Information:
- Barcode scanning is available in the Service Fusion field worker app
- Users must allow camera access to use the barcode scanner
- The app searches for matching services and products using UPC, SKU, or Task Code
- If multiple matches are found, the user must select the correct item
- If no matches are found, a warning message will appear

Preparing to Use Barcode Scanning:
- Grant the app permission to access the device camera when prompted
- If camera access has not been granted previously, the app will request permission when the barcode scanner is first used.
Using the Barcode Scanner within a Job or Estimate:
- Open a job or estimate in the field worker app
- Go to the Invoice tab
- Select + Add line item
- Choose Products or Services
- Locate the Barcode button next to the "Search" field
- Select the Barcode button to open the camera
- Scan the barcode on the product or service and the app will search for the matching products or services based on the barcode
Using the Barcode Scanner within the Catalog:
- Go to Catalogs
- Choose Products or Services
- Select the Barcode button next to the "Search" field
- Scan the barcode
This method limits the search to the selected product or service catalog.
Handling Barcode Scan Results:
- If one match is found, the item is automatically added to the job or estimate
- If multiple matches are found, a list is displayed so the correct item can be selected
- If no matches are found, a warning message will notify the user
