FusionDrive is a new service that allows you to have a document repository that is fully integrated in the Service Fusion platform!
It was designed to provide our customers with a basic alternative to external, cloud-based "Drives" that are not accessible directly through Service Fusion.
FusionDrive currently offers the following features and functionality:
- Upload a commonly distributed file to your FusionDrive and easily attach to an email with estimates, jobs, and invoices. No need to upload the same file to every customer!
- Create folder structures within FusionDrive to easily organize commonly distributed content, making each file easy to find and easy to attach to outgoing communications.
- Easily share documents with other users, and even generate links to facilitate the share! Allow access to documents for anyone who has the link.
- Upload documents for the entire company to use or upload documents for your use. You have the choice!
