In order to purchase an extended warranty policy from JB Warranties, you must first complete your dealer registration. Please see How to become a JB Warranties dealer.
To add an extended warranty policy to your customer's equipment, navigate to the Equipment tab of the customer's profile and click the Edit button.
Toggle the Extended Warranty switch to YES and select JB Warranties from the list of providers.
The following button should appear.
Once the JB Warranties products window opens, you will be able to search for available agreements by a number of different criteria, including type, length and coverage options.
You can expand the warranty product by clicking the + icon on the far right, select the preferred reimbursement labor rate and press Create Agreement.
NOTE: For additional information regarding labor rates and warranty products in general, please contact your JB Warranties Territory Manager.
Service Fusion will automatically populate the customer and service location details into the window.
Service Fusion will also populate the equipment make, model and serial number if all were present in the equipment details window.
The only fields you will need to populate are the equipment Startup Date and the Customer Purchase Price.
Please note that the Customer Purchase Price is what is going to be shown to the customer in the PDF copy of the agreement. Each dealer's policy for reselling agreement is different and we encourage our customers to create a standard policy that everyone within the company can follow. For example, all agreements are marked up by 25%, if your cost is $561, the Customer Purchase Price would be $700.
Once the agreement is saved (i.e. purchased), you will see an icon indicating that the JB Warranties policy is active on this particular piece of equipment. You can also download a PDF copy of the agreement and email it to the customer or add it to their Docs folder in Service Fusion.

From this point forward, any time you add this equipment to a job or an estimate, it will display the JB Warranties information directly within the Equipment tab.
