Services Import

The services import can be completed by going to “My Office -> Data Imports” and uploading under the Customers section, or by emailing the spreadsheet directly to [e-mail]

Multiplier	Quantity/Hourly amount of line item	No
Internal Cost	The amount that it costs your company to do the service.	No
Member Rate	An additional amount that the customer can pay to obtain this service. Links with the Customer's Service Agreement	No
Add On Rate	An additional amount that the customer can pay to obtain this service.	No
Premium Rate	An additional amount that the customer can pay to obtain this service.	No
