Service Fusion Training Sessions
Have a new user to Service Fusion? Promoted one of your workforce rockstars and need to train them on new features, respective to their roles and responsibilities? You are in the right place! As an approach to learning the Service Fusion system, we have separated the learning path into five distinct sessions - We cover this five-pronged phased approach in the following way:
- SF 101 - Administrative system training (This training is a great place to start for new administrators of the system)
- SF 201 - Work Flow training (This training is a great place to start for estimate/job/invoice creation - From a dispatcher to a back office power user, this training is good for everyone that uses the back office, but may not need to set up or configure the system)
- SF 301 - Field Tech training (This training is good to learn the Service Fusion Mobile Worker Application for use in the field)
- SF 401 - Module specific training (deep dives for more role specific training - several different videos make up this series - a dispatcher may want to learn both SF201 as well as the dispatch and calendar SF401, as an example)
- SF 501 - FusionPay Training - take payments? watch this video series!
SF101 - Administrative System
This training will cover all of the My Office settings. We will also show you how to set up a customer, and go through all of the fields present on a customers profile!
SF201 - Work Flow
This training will include: Creating a job/estimate, scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and taking a payment. This module will also include the Service Fusion Worker App functionality and how it works hand-in-hand with the administrative system!
SF301 - Tech Training
This training will cover the Service Fusion Worker App and its functionality.
SF401 - Module Training
This training will act as a 'deep dive' into various aspects of Service Fusion. These trainings will cover a wide variety of topics not covered in our other training videos!
SF501 - FusionPay Training
This training will act as a deep dive into receiving payments - there are several videos ranging from the back office to the Service Fusion Worker App (Field Worker app) that go over training for payment reception.
