Has your organization joined FusionPay recently as a part of the pricing promotion? Has your organization been using FusionPay for a couple of years and would like to make sure you are getting the most out of FusionPay? We're excited to help you learn more with our integrated payment solution. We'll cover several details in each session hosted below.
Session Recordings:
Session 1 - Getting Started with FusionPay. We walk through where to check to verify that the integration has been turned on and you are ready to begin processing payments. We also cover the two forms of payment reception in Service Fusion, receiving invoice payments and receiving job deposits using FusionPay. We also cover where in Service Fusion to navigate to locate card-on-file storage, the removal of the card on file with FusionPay as well as converting job deposits from invoice payments. Finally, if needed to manually remove a potential duplicate payment method with the integration turned on, we walk through this process via My Office > Payment Methods.
Approx. run-time: 40 minutes
Session 2 - Using FusionPay in the back office. We cover the addition of the pay online link to the communication template to the My Office component. We walk through the associated workflow, taking the communication template through an update, navigating to the invoice, emailing the invoice using the newly created communication template, consuming the invoice from the customer's point of view, interacting with the payment gateway provided during the consumption of the pay online link from the received email, and then interacting with the received payment in FusionPay embedded in Service Fusion. Recorded Q and A included at the end of session.

Session 3 - FusionPay and syncing payments to QuickBooks. We look at payments received in Service Fusion using FusionPay and how these payments compare and contrast with payments synced to QuickBooks. We look at the difference between Invoice Payments and Job deposits, along with illustrating the importance of converting job deposits to invoice payments by looking at an aging accounts receivables report in QuickBooks. We examine how to report on payments in Service Fusion processed via FusionPay if the objective is to produce a report via excel that is exportable from the platform. Finally, we look at performing a bank deposit in QuickBooks that corresponds to the FusionPay deposits in the FusionPay dashboard.
