Job Feedback is a feature located on Jobs/Work Orders, under the More menu button in the top right corner, that allows for notes and scores (on a scale of one to five) to be awarded to the job.
Clicking on Feedback will open the Customer Feedback & Job Problems window.
As the customer is unable to input this information themselves, this can be a valuable survey or follow-up tool. Any user can call or email the customer, ask for their feedback, and input it here using the star rating, and add the customer’s verbal or written feedback in the Customer Feedback field.
If there was an issue on the job, it can be noted by flipping the toggle switch from the default green yes position to the red no position, which will open additional fields and toggles to help navigate the resolution.
(Note: at present, the drop down menu above the explanation of the issue cannot be populated—it is OK to leave this menu blank)
The field to explain the issue is limited to 100 characters. If additional characters are needed, the Notes section on the job may be used instead.
If the problem involved an employee, flip the toggle to yes and select which employee was involved.
If the problem has been resolved, flip the toggle to yes and enter the steps to resolution.
This field does not have a character limit, feel free to be as detailed as needed!
In the event the problem does require escalation, the toggle switch can be flipped to yes, and an employee can be selected from the drop-down list:
It is important to note this does not notify the selected user or send a communication to them. This record is intended for reference purposes only in the event the history of the issue needs to be looked back on, to see who handled the resolution or escalation.
When all your Job Feedback has been entered, click the green save button at the bottom corner. Anytime you need to reference the Job Feedback, you can! Just go to the More button in the top right corner, and select Feedback again. All your entered information will have saved and be available to reference.
