There are three different possible Service Fusion Payments processing partners that power the Service Fusion Payments experience. While there are several different ways to identify the exact solution that you have, there are visual cues that make the identification process simple.
You will have one of the following three solutions for Service Fusion Payments:
- 'Stripe' for both card and eCheck processing
- The combination of 'Worldpay' and 'Forte' for card and eCheck processing, respectively
- 'STAX' for both card and eCheck processing
'Stripe' Identification
If utilizing Service Fusion Payments - Stripe, hover over Accounting and click on the Service Fusion Payments Dashboard, you will be presented with the standard options of the Dashboard, Payments and Deposits along with Order Card Reader on the right hand side. Card readers are only available with 'Stripe', this is the visual cue that 'Stripe' is utilized.
Stripe users are automatically enrolled with ACH through Stripe.
'Worldpay' and 'Forte' Identification
The Service Fusion Payments - Worldpay processor will show the Dashboard, Payments and Deposits tab. You will not see an option to "Order Card Reader" and you will not see the presence of the "Disputes" and "Statements" tabs present in the Service Fusion Payments Dashboard (these are handled in the IQ portal with Worldpay). These are the visual cues that the 'Worldpay' and 'Forte' combination is utilized.
While Forte is the only option for ACH processing when using the Worldpay card processing solution, users of Worldpay are not automatically enrolled in ACH processing with Forte. This is a separate application process.
'STAX' Identification
If your Service Fusion Payments Dashboard also includes the Disputes and the Statements tabs, you utilize the STAX processor.
While STAX provides ACH processing, STAX users are not automatically enrolled in ACH processing. This is an option available during the STAX application process.
