How to receive a Job Deposit using the Field Worker App
Once logged into the Field Worker App you will want to select the "My Work" section to view the list of jobs that are assigned to you or that you are set to be able to view.
After selecting "My Work" there will be a list of jobs and will want to select the one to take a deposit for
Once in the job you will need to scroll to the bottom and select the "Invoice" tab
Once in the "Invoice" tab navigate to the bottom of the screen again and select the "Apply Deposit" button
The next screen will allow the entry of the CC information and will have a "Submit Payment" button located at the bottom of the screen to process the payment
Once they payment successfully process, the screen will show the Payment Received message and will allow the user to capture a signature, email a payment receipt or navigate back to the job by selecting "View Job Details". There is also an option to void the payment if it was submitted incorrectly

How to receive an Invoice Payment using the Field Worker App
When viewing a job that all technicians have selected the "Completed" status for at the bottom of the screen in the "Invoice" tab the user will be presented with a "Finalize Job" button that will need to be selected.
Once the "Finalize Invoice" option has been selected the next step will be to navigate back to the "My Work" section of the Field Worker App and move to the "Past" and "Complete" section of "My Work" due to the job being in an Invoiced status. Once there the job will need to be selected from the list.
When the job is back on the screen will want to navigate back to the bottom and select the "Invoice" tab and now will be presented with a button for "Invoice Options"
From here the option to "Apply Payment" will give the ability to receive an Invoice Payment. There will also be options to email the invoice to the customer, print the invoice if you have a printer or to print the invoice PDF.
After selecting "Apply Payment" the screen to enter in the payment details will be presented. After entering in the payment information the option to "Submit Payment" will need to be selected at the bottom of the screen.
