Custom Documents allow businesses to further customize the appearance and layout of customer‑facing PDFs used for Estimates, Jobs, and Invoices. Unlike Standard Documents, which use predefined layouts, Custom Documents provide more control over branding, formatting, content placement, and data presentation. Custom Documents are created and managed in My Office > Custom Documents and can be printed or emailed to customers. They support advanced layouts, dynamic data through tags, and esign documents, making them ideal for businesses that want a polished and highly personalized document experience.

Important Terms:
