Connecting Dispatch to Service Fusion

Important Information:

• You must have a Dispatch account and access to Service Fusion API credentials
• Specific job categories and referral sources must be configured in Service Fusion
• The integration uses a gateway setup to enable automatic job syncing

Strategic Workflow:

• Generate API credentials in Service Fusion
• Configure job categories and referral sources
• Submit credentials to Dispatch to activate the gateway
• Begin receiving jobs automatically

Process Description:

1. Log into Service Fusion and navigate to My Office > API Credentials
2. Click Get New Client Secret (if needed)
3. Copy your Client ID and Client Secret
4. In Service Fusion, go to:
   • Job Categories > Add New → enter Dispatchme
   • Referral Sources > Add New → enter Dispatchme
   • Estimate & Job Statuses → ensure an Offered status exists
5. Visit the Dispatch Gateway setup page
6. Paste your API credentials and submit the form
7. Wait for confirmation from Dispatch to begin syncing jobs
