Released Wednesday, June 3rd You can now receive partial invoice payments when your customers pay via the online link! We will automatically detect the inclusion of the pay online tags in your email template, and provide an option to allow a different payment amount than the total due, offering an exact amount or a percentage!
You now have more control over what estimates and jobs your technicians can see and interact with while in the field! With a new section under the Access tab in Workforce Management, you have greater control over the estimates and jobs that are presented to each technician.
We now use Google maps when previewing Service Locations! Replacing the previous integrated map solution, when previewing service locations, Google maps is now used.
You can now use the FusionDrive file preview tool to preview movie files! Upload .mov and .mp4 files to FusionDrive and use the integrated file preview tool to preview these files - directly from the Service Fusion back office platform - and without having to download and open with different software.
You can now link specific estimate options to jobs! When linking estimates that have options, you can now choose the option that should be linked to an already-existing job.
You can now add tags to jobs! From the View job screen, easily create and add tags for an additional identifying characteristic to jobs.
You can now easily manage your customer, estimate, and job tags! Easily see the different tags that have been assigned to customers, estimates, and jobs with a dedicated My Office control module.
You can now view estimates and jobs by tags in the estimate and jobs dashboards! Appearing at the very top of each dashboard, see a breakdown by tags presented before the 'My Estimates' and 'My Jobs' sections.
You can now hide statuses of estimates in the estimate dashboard! Choose to hide Estimate Lost and Estimate Won - Isolate the statuses and estimates that need to be attended to and hide the clutter!
You can now add equipment type and equipment manufacturer directly from estimates and jobs! When adding equipment for both estimates and jobs, add a new equipment type and / or equipment manufacturer without having to travel back to My Office!

You can now block numbers in ServiceCall.ai! With a choice of how to reject block calls, stop robocalls and spam calls from even reaching your agents, receiving only the calls that you want to receive.

You can now collapse the tags section in both the estimate and jobs dashboards! Choose to see this section only when you want too.

You can now choose to record outbound calls in ServiceCall.ai! Make sure to follow guidelines and regulations and keep a copy of the important outbound phone calls.
You can now search within the jobs dashboard using advanced search criteria! Find exactly the jobs you are interested in, without having to go status by status to find them.
You can now see which invoices have been emailed directly from the invoice dashboard! No longer click into each invoice to determine if the customer has already been sent an invoice email.
You can now see the availability calendar when converting estimates to jobs! Make scheduling revenue generating jobs a breeze by easily identifying the best date and time to perform the requested service work without leaving the estimate conversion process!
You can now add job tags to job templates! Save time and avoid adding tags after job creation from job templates.
You can now select estimate tags from a drop down list! If a tag has already been used previously, simply select it from the drop down list.
You can now add tags from the create and edit job screen! Adding job tags has been expanded to include both the create and edit job screens.

You now have much greater visibility into the customer record in the field worker app than ever before! With new attributes previously only seen in the back office, see more information while in the field.
You can now view customer photos and documents from the app! Easily view pictures and documents in the field like never before.
You can now create and view pinned notes from the customer record, as well as estimates and jobs! Make sure the important notes are never missed, even when in the field.

A bug was fixed that allowed users without appropriate delete permission to delete projects.
A bug was fixed that caused trip details to display incorrectly when reviewing trip information in the new GPS fleet tracking tool.
A bug was fixed that would cause two warnings to appear when a required field was not entered when creating Job templates, opposed to only one warning.
A bug was fixed that would only include estimates, jobs, and tasks that were scheduled for 'All Day' to be viewed from the 'Check Availability' scheduling function from estimates and jobs.
A bug was fixed that would cause the appearance of customer names to be presented incorrectly when the customers were involved in a parent/sub account relationship, when viewed from the Customer List Beta.
A bug was fixed that caused technician's bio photos to have the incorrect orientation for display when the picture was taken vertically.
