Search results now include "Labels", making it easier to:
- Clarify what each search result represents
- Distinguish results when the same text appears in multiple areas
- Help you anticipate the destination and associated object before clicking
- Improve efficiency and confidence when navigating search results

Parent and Child Accounts:
Global search clearly displays parent and child customer relationships in search results. This enhancement provides:
- Better visibility into multiple service locations or multi‑level customer accounts
- Improved context when searching for customers with shared parent accounts
- Easier navigation between related customer records

If these features do not appear in the global search within your account, the enhancements are not yet available for your environment. Global search improvements are being introduced through a phased rollout and will become available to all accounts by the end of Q3 2026.
