Access to the customer idea portal is available for all Service Fusion users, included with every Service Fusion Plan level, and available from the Help and Resources menu. The Help and Resources menu is available in the Service Fusion Banner by clicking on the question mark in the top right corner of the Service Fusion screen. The Help and Resources menu allows access to our Support Center along with the new Customer Idea Portal.
The first time interacting with the Customer Idea Portal, you will be prompted to sign-in or invited to register.
