With Service Fusion you have the ability to change your password from within Service Fusion or reset your password from the Login Page.
To reset your password from the Login Page:
- Click on the "Forgot password?" link on the Service Fusion Login Page
You will now see an Email field instead of the Password field
The "Sign In" button is now a “Reset Password” button
- Fill out the information and click “Reset Password”
- Check your Email and Click the link in the Email body
This will populate a window where you create and confirm the new password
The sign in screen will confirm the change was successful
- Log in with your new password
To reset your Password from the Login Page:
Click on the “Forgot password?” link on the Service Fusion Login Page.

This message will appear at the top of the page.
Check your Email and click the link in the Email body.

You will be directed back to the Login page and will be notified the change was successful.
To reset passwords from inside of Service Fusion:
Navigate and hover over My Office> select Workforce Management> Edit Team Member> Access Tab
The Reset Button functions in two ways:
- If you are logged into Service Fusion and go to reset your password, you will enter your current email address, create a new password and confirm the password. It is now reset.
- If you are logged into Service Fusion and click reset password for another Team Member, this will send an Email to the address listed in the team member's Contact Tab of Workforce Management.
The Email will contain the User Name and a temporary computer generated password.
The Team Member can log in to Service Fusion through the Back Office or the Field App.
Once the Team Member is logged into the Back Office or the Field App, they need to Reset their password again in order to create a more manageable and permanent password.
From the Back Office:
Navigate and hover over My Office> select Workforce Management> Edit Team Member> Access Tab
From the Field App:
Click on the six box icon in the upper right corner and go into My Profile
Tap to Reset Password
To reset passwords from inside of Service Fusion:
Navigate and hover over My Office> select Workforce Management
Edit Team Member
Click the Access Tab and click the Reset Password Button
If you are logged into Service Fusion and click Reset Password in your profile, a window will populate. Enter your current password, create and confirm a new password and Save.
Logout and log back in with your new password to verify.
Note: If you are logged into Service Fusion and click the Reset Password button for another Team Member, this will send an Email to the address listed in the team member’s Contact Tab of Workforce Management. The Email will contain a temporary computer generated password.
You can change your current password through the Field App as well.
Also, if you were locked out and received an Email with credentials you can log into the Field App with the temporary computer generated password. Once you are logged in you can change your password to something more manageable and permanent.
To Reset the password in the Field App:
Click on the six box icon in the upper right hand corner.
Click “My Profile”
Tap “Tap to Reset Password”
Enter the Current Password, New Password, Confirm and Save
